At the second edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai trade show Elledue presented an overview of the current Aqvila and Ulysse Collections as well as new and updated products whose designs, finishes and upholstery materials perfectly blended the charming Eastern aesthetic with the classic-contemporary Western style.
A complete lounge and dining set were showcased within a luxury and inviting environment, enriched by stone-covered walls, cotton-silk jacquard panels, massive oval mirrors, soft wool carpets, dramatic curtains and brass finish dividers.
Elledue’s signature palette of neutral and grey tones was paired with shades of deep blue and special metallic effects, including a warm titanium finish.
New pieces included a couple of oval-shaped swivel armchairs, a set of marble top coffee tables, a lounge sideboard, a dining set with upholstered chairs and a round marble top table with conical base, equipped with a wooden Lazy Susan.
Upholstery materials were carefully selected to evoke comfort and pleasure: rich leather, soft velvets, smooth eco-suede, sophisticated silks and jacquards.
The clean lines defining the collections, were emphasized by a selection of rich and elegant materials, including fine Italian marble, metallic braided wires, hand finished brass details.
Ulysse and Aqvila are perfect examples of Elledue “Avant-garde Classic” style and of the brand ability to rethink classic furniture in a fresh and contemporary way, with the help of artisanal craftsmanship on one side and the use of modern technologies on the other.
