At the 58thedition of Salone del Mobile.Milano Elledue unveiled a new approach to furniture design, refreshing its creative vision while remaining faithful to the company’s heritage and values.

In the new collection, traditional craftsmanship goes hand in hand with an exotic allure, giving life to a delightful mix of precious woods, metallic finishes, soft matelassé velvets, refined marbles and smooth leathers.

A closer look at the new pieces reveals the use of timeless materials like maple veneer, walnut feather, weaved wood veneers and marquetterie de paille, nicely contrasting with contemporary details made of engraved glass, metallic wire ropes and copper braid trimmings, that lighten up the entire setting with their brass, bronze and light gold twinkles.

The weaving theme emerging from these materials, together with the eastern vibes conveyed by decorative fabrics, evoke a sense of wanderlust. Heritage meets escapism in a blend of references across past and present, local traditions and faraway cultures.

The colour palette includes classic neutral tones, from warm greys to sand hues, which are brightened up by bold touches of ochre and sky blue. The minimal setting, characterized by raw effect floors and walls, left the spotlight to the collection.
